Bonnie Marks

Studio Owner / Personal Trainer

I opened BMF with the intention to create a space where women can feel comfortable & find it 'easy' to fit exercise into their day. 

I have over 5 years experience in the fitness industry & have spent the last 3 years dedicated to learning all about pregnancy, post-natal, the nervous system & injury rehab / prevention. 

With a dance background, a huge passion & focus of mine is postural correction, technique & mobility.

 

I offer 1 on 1 training for;

general fitness

injury rehabilitation/prevention

pregnancy and post-natal

postural correction & mobility

I will be on maternity leave from late Nov 2021

Ash Broadbridge

Group Fitness Instructor / Soon to be Personal Trainer

Ash brings an encouraging & positive personality to our team!

Always up for a challenge, you will never leave Ash's sessions without having smashed a PB or goal. 

Ash has 3 years experience with group training and a lifetimes experience with her own personal fitness journey, making her a super passionate & knowledgeable crossfit and strength coach.

Ash is a Cert 3 Group Fitness Instructor & is soon to become a Cert 4 Personal Trainer.

She is currently available on our Small Group Training schedule & we cannot wait to begin offering 1on1 sessions with this powerhouse trainer!

Ash will be on maternity leave from Late Dec 2021

Elle Reeves

Crossfit Coach / Group Fitness Instructor / Soon to be Personal Trainer

Elle is our breath of fresh air! We are so lucky to have this super mum on our team!

Elle is a Crossfit Lvl 1 coach & is currently finishing off her Cert 3 & 4 in Personal Training.

Elle brings a wealth of knowledge from her own training experience & over a short period of time with us, has proven quickly that she is a great motivator & is super creative, leaving no workout done twice!

For now, you will see Elle around the studio for our 9:30am SGT sessions & we will soon be offering 1 on 1 sessions with Elle!

Gab Russell

Personal Trainer

Gab is super passionate about health & believes in educating her clients about sustainable fitness and nutrition.

Gab has recently been signed off as a Personal Trainer through the Australian institute of Personal trainers & is also 12 months away from graduating a Bachelor in health sciences.

She has years of experience in the gym achieving & maintaining her own goals & also competes in ICN bikini competitions.

She cannot wait to make you feel comfortable and share her wealth of knowledge with you.

Available for PT sessions from November 2021.
